Chimichurri is a spice and herb blend from South and Central America which is used on barbecued meat or as a side mixed with oil and vinegar to form a wet sauce. Chimichurri spice is a delicious blend of herbs such as basil, oregano, parsley and some heat in the form of black peppercorns and chili flakes amongst its ingredients. Our mix also includes sweet smoked paprika and dried lemon rind to create an extra taste sensation. It works very well with roast meats and chicken, fish, as a side to meats or as a refreshing salad dressing.
